Arisaematis provides its services to you subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). When you browse the website, place an order or receive any services from Arisaematis, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Website use
A. The Internal Confidential Website (the “Website”) may contain links to other websites operated, controlled, or produced by third parties. Unless otherwise stated, Arisaematis does not control, sponsor, endorse or approve, and is not responsible for, any such websites or their content.
B. You must ensure that the laws that apply to you do not prohibit you from accessing and using this website.
C. Arisaematis disclaims all liability for any damage caused by viruses, malicious computer code and interference that may arise from the use of this website.
Pricing and product information
A. Internal Confidential reserves the right to reject an order if it deems it unacceptable.
B. Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars.
C. We take great care to avoid errors in pricing and product information. We reserve the right to correct any such errors should they occur. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If a pricing error occurs and an order for incorrectly priced product is confirmed, we will not be bound by said mispricing and reserve the right to cancel your purchase. Pricing errors discovered by either party will be notified to the customer immediately. In the event of a mispricing, you will be provided with the correct price and given the option to continue with the correct price or cancel your purchase.
D. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
E. Once your order is confirmed, the price of the items in the order will be determined. Subsequent price changes will not apply to confirmed orders.
F. If a discount code is entered at online checkout, the discount will be applied to full-price items, excluding special orders and promotional items, such as sales and free shipping promotions. Discounts and promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
G. By ordering through the Site, you agree to pay the delivery charges calculated and specified in your order confirmation.
H. Free shipping will be provided at the sole discretion of Arisaematis, including delivery method.
I. All dimensions and weights specified are approximate.
J. Features, information and specifications of products described or described on the Site are subject to change without notice.
K. Products may be held on hold for a maximum of two (2) weeks from the date of your hold order and deposit payment confirmation. If you need to extend your hold beyond two (2) weeks, your deposit will become non-refundable and your held product will no longer be subject to change of mind and other return/refund policies.
Order
A. Any order you submit is an offer to purchase Goods, subject to these Terms and Conditions, at the price (plus any delivery charges) specified when you submit your order.
B. Arisaematis is deemed to have received the order when we send an order confirmation with the order number to the email address you specify.
C. Each order (once confirmed) represents a separate agreement.
D. As an online business, Arisaematis communicates with you primarily through email. When filling in your order, you agree to provide complete and accurate personal details in order for your order to be processed and delivered.
E. You should carefully check your order before submitting it. Once you submit your order, you cannot cancel your order or change the items in your order (unless otherwise agreed with Arisaematis or in accordance with these Terms and Conditions). However, you can return items according to the return policy.
F. Arisaematis reserves the right to accept or reject your order at any time and for any reason. This includes where the order requires commercial quantities of goods.
G. When we accept an order, it constitutes an agreement for Arisaematis to supply goods in accordance with these terms and conditions.
H. Arisaematis is not responsible for orders that are rejected or not accepted due to interruptions in the Internet connection.
I. If we reject an order, we will notify you by email within 5 working days of the reason for the rejection.
J. Arisaematis is not responsible for any losses suffered by you or any third party as a result of the rejection of an order.
K. If we reject an order and your payment for the goods has already been processed, we will refund all monies paid to us in respect of the order and contact you at the email address you specified.
L. In the interest of continuous improvement, Arisaematis reserves the right to change product specifications at any time without prior notice to customers. Changes do not entitle the Customer to return Products, cancel orders or otherwise avoid its obligations and responsibilities under these Terms and Conditions.
Payment terms
A. We accept most payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, etc., or via PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. The name on the credit card used for payment must match the name on the order.
B. Payment will be processed immediately after your order is confirmed.
C. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will be declined in accordance with clause 5 and you will be notified on the Website. If a credit card payment cannot be processed, you should first contact your card issuer to try to resolve the issue or use an alternative payment method to continue processing your order.
D. All payments made by Customer are subject to no withholding or set-off. All deposits or prepayments are non-refundable. The timing of payment is at the heart of this agreement.
Delivery and title of goods
A. Arisaematis uses delivery agents to ship your goods. You agree to provide your details, including your delivery address, to the delivery agent for the purpose of delivering your goods.
B. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
C. Once the order has been sent to the customer, delivery service is deemed to have been provided and Arisaematis will not be responsible for refunding the delivery fee paid by the customer under any circumstances. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
D. Shipping charges will be collected and paid at checkout after the order is placed. The amount charged is for a single delivery only. If a customer wishes to arrange additional or separate delivery for their order, additional shipping charges will apply.
E. Arisaematis is not responsible for delivery and delivery times once the order is sent to the delivery agent. Once the goods have been dispatched, the customer is solely responsible for liaising with Arisaematis’ designated delivery agent regarding the delivery date and accepting delivery during working hours or at other times as directed by the agent.
F. Arisaematis accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury suffered by you or any third party as a result of changes in delivery times or delays in delivery.
G. The parties acknowledge that the goods may be damaged by the carrier during transportation, in which case the customer may contact Arisaematis as specified, but Arisaematis shall not be liable in any way for providing a refund or any other damage resulting therefrom, or for any consequential delays.
H. The shipping dates listed on the Site are Arisaematis’ reasonable estimates of expected shipping dates. This date is subject to change without notice. If the scheduled shipment of a product is delayed, the customer will be notified via email or to the email address specified in the order. Arisaematis assumes no responsibility for delays in shipment or delivery dates due to events that may occur or for any other reason.
I. Risk and title in the goods pass to you on the date and time of delivery of the goods to the delivery agent.
J. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all risk in the goods purchased shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to or collection by the Customer, its agent or authorized representative.
K. All deliveries will be made within business days. If you are not usually home during the working day, or are unable to accept delivery, we recommend that: (a) you have the item delivered directly to your place of work, or (b) choose safe delivery at home by providing special instructions when ordering Place.
L. If the Customer authorizes delivery of goods in writing without a signature, any and all insurance included will be void once the goods are left as instructed.
M. If the customer wishes to cancel the order after the order has been shipped, delivery fees and return or re-routing fees will be non-refundable and/or paid by the customer.
N. Third party carrier deliveries only include delivery to the ground floor and/or front door by a single delivery driver. This service does not include moving items, placing, assembling, removing packaging, etc. in the building, upstairs, or in the elevator. It is always the customer’s responsibility to arrange a means of bringing the goods in (or in the case of a return, from the outside) from the front door or ground floor of the residence or building.
O. For all oversized or bulky items, you will also need assistance (or arrange for assistance) to move the goods from the delivery vehicle to the front door. The only exception is if you have arranged alternative and/or premium services through Arisaematis prior to shipment.
P. If Arisaematis is unable to procure or deliver the goods you ordered, Arisaematis reserves the right to cancel your order and provide you with a refund. Arisaematis accepts no liability for any loss or damage associated with orders canceled by us.
Refunds and returns
A. Arisaematis is not required to provide refunds except in cases where the malfunction is deemed to be a major one.
B. In order to process a return in accordance with these terms and conditions, you must contact Arisaematis using the details on the Contact Us page and you must follow the instructions of Arisaematis staff.
C. Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and parts and must be in a condition suitable for resale. Arisaematis reserves the right to refund 50% or less of the product price paid by the customer if Arisaematis determines in its sole discretion that the returned merchandise is not resellable.
D. Arisaematis is not responsible for items lost in transit. If you arrange to return the product yourself, it is their responsibility to ensure that the product is returned safely and in the re-salable condition described above.
E. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment. Any damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
F. Arisaematis considers that the goods were damaged in transit or contained defects specific to the actual goods sent to the customer and were therefore not expected to be defects present at the time of replacement and would not constitute a material defect in any case, regardless of the damage described above To what extent.

I. All items to be returned must be shipped to our Arisaematis warehouse.
Ensure
A. Our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You also have the right to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods are of substandard quality and the failure does not constitute a serious failure.
B. When you purchase a product from this website, you will also receive the Arisaematis 12-month warranty.
C. If your product is defective, you may choose to make a claim under consumer law or the Arisaematis warranty (whichever is applicable).
D. Arisaematis warrants each product to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.
E. Under the warranty, Arisaematis is obliged to repair or replace the product and its components completely free of charge.
F. Product warranty does not include:
• Normal wear and tear of the product
• Damage caused by abnormal use or abuse
• Damage caused by placing the product in an inappropriate location
• Damage caused by improper maintenance
• Products that have been modified from their original form
• Minor chips or surface blemishes
• Orders for business and/or office use
G. Arisaematis requires that any customer requesting service related to this warranty provide:
a) A detailed description of the warranty service requested (whether repair or replacement)
b) Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or purchase receipt)
c) Photos and videos (if applicable)
H. Arisaematis is only responsible for providing the outlined warranty services if the customer complies with these warranties. Without adequate description, proof of purchase and images, Arisaematis will not be able to adequately investigate and resolve the problem.
Responsibility
A. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind, howsoever arising and whether caused by Caused by tort (including negligence). ), breach of contract or otherwise; our maximum aggregate liability for any products supplied to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the amount paid by you to us in respect of the relevant products .

However, Arisaematis will not be liable for loss or damage resulting from its failure to comply with these guarantees if the failure is caused by circumstances beyond human control and occurs after the goods have been released from our control.
Intellectual property
The materials displayed on this website, including all photographs, illustrations, editorial materials, information, artwork and names, logos and trademarks, are the property of Arisaematis and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast or disseminate any such material to any third party without the prior written consent of Arisaematis.
Compensation
A. Arisaematis, its contractors, agents or employees for any damages arising out of or related to the performance or use of this website (including special, indirect or consequential) shall not be liable, whether in contract, common law or equity, or on any other basis.
B. You agree to indemnify and retain the indemnified Inside Secrets and hold the Inside Secrets harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, taxes, liabilities, and /or fees. website and the use of any Arisaematis product outside of the manufacturer’s specifications.
Privacy
A. We will retain and use the personal information you provide to us during the order process, such as your contact details; to market, supply or deliver our products to you; to carry out repair work (during the warranty period and/or out of the warranty period ).

Overview
A. Arisaematis reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be effective upon posting on the website. The terms and conditions applicable at the time of ordering are those that govern your relationship with Arisaematis in relation to that order.
B. Any provision of these Terms that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction will be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability in that jurisdiction. This does not invalidate the remaining provisions of these Terms or affect the validity or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction.
C. Arisaematis’ failure or delay in exercising a power or right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such power or right, and Arisaematis’s exercise of a power or right does not preclude its future exercise or exercise of any power or right.
D. This Agreement shall be governed by local/state/country laws.
Discounts/Offers
Under no circumstances will Arisaematis be able to honor the advertised selling price of past orders in the form of a refund, regardless of how long ago your past order was placed. We are also unable to honor the sale price after the sale has ended. This promotion is strictly valid on new orders placed between the dates and times specified above.
A. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
B. One code applies to each order.
C. The 30-day return and exchange policy does not apply to products purchased at a price that is further reduced or discounted by 20% or more from the advertised product price.
D. Discounts do not apply to sale and clearance items.
E. Discount applies to new orders only.
F. In the unlikely event that you believe you have received a defective item, please contact customer service immediately via email and provide an image of the fault within 12 hours of delivery. When the damaged item is in stock and a new item is available, we will replace the item for you. You will only be eligible for a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced for you. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted on display items, discontinued items, sample inventory, or heavily discounted items.
G. Any return shipping costs are your responsibility. Return shipping costs will be quoted based on the actual costs quoted by the designated courier company on behalf of the customer for returned products. For returns due to personal reasons of dissatisfaction, the initial shipping costs as well as return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund or credit.
H. Our dispatch facilities will ensure that your order is dispatched to you as quickly as possible, however, given the volume of orders we will handle during our busy sales periods, we cannot guarantee typical dispatch times.
Given how busy this time of year is for all retailers and couriers, please allow that our carriers may experience delays in shipments. Delivery charges only cover the cost of a single delivery to the ground floor. Additional requirements such as lift access, stair access, loading areas and assembly will incur additional charges.
I. Arisaematis reserves the right to refuse delivery to customers in rural and/or remote areas and islands. Please inquire to confirm whether delivery can be made to your area before placing an order.
J. Arisaematis reserves the right to end the promotional period early, cancel an order or refuse to fulfill an order within reasonable limits.
K. Time limit only.
