To make your shopping experience even more enjoyable, we offer delivery to most areas (some exceptions apply) and offer competitive delivery charges on all of our products. Simply enter your zip code at checkout and our shipping calculator will automatically determine shipping eligibility and the best shipping price based on order volume and shipping address. We work with reliable and cost-effective carriers on behalf of Arisaematis to get your new purchase to you as quickly as possible.

Arisaematis ships as soon as possible after placing an order. We try to ship all orders within 3-7 business days of payment. Pre-order delivery times are during standard business hours Monday through Friday. You will receive correspondence regarding your order via email, including all instructions for pre-ordering, pickup or delivery.

General

Arisaematis works with carriers for all of our deliveries. Although these carrier services take great care when executing your delivery, Arisaematis is not responsible for any damage incurred during your delivery.

If property damage occurs as a result of shipping your shipment, it is recommended that you contact the shipping service directly at the time of shipment. Please be sure to take images and provide all relevant information to the carrier so you can file your claim directly with them.

Arisaematis offers a standard ground floor delivery service with a standard 1 person courier (for small fragile items) or a 2 person fragile item service (for bulky/large items). Arisaematis can only provide above-ground floor service via lift, subject to approval. Unfortunately our operator does not allow stair access and the stairs will stop at the ground floor.

Shipping costs are quoted and charged on our website as a standard single person ground floor delivery service.

·Requesting to split an order into multiple deliveries will incur additional shipping charges.
· If the delivery attempt fails, or adequate notice of cancellation/rescheduling of delivery is not provided, additional charges will apply;
· Delivery failure includes your absence from home on the day of delivery, despite adequate notice from both the carrier and Arisaematis.

Our carriers require deliveries to be made within easy reach of the property and will contact you directly with sufficient notice. We ask that you communicate with Arisaematis in advance on the day of delivery to understand any obstacles or difficulties that may arise, such as a steep driveway or the presence of pets on the property.

Arisaematis prioritizes the health and safety of all employees and delivery partners. If for any reason our carriers feel that they are unable to complete the delivery due to health and safety risks, the driver reserves the right to refuse the job, in which case Arisaematis will need to reconfirm the delivery information with you.

· If work cannot be completed on the day of delivery due to health and safety risks, the goods will be returned to Arisaematis and all initial shipping costs will be forfeited as a result of the failed delivery attempt.

Estimated delivery time

While we and our couriers strive to meet these delivery times in all circumstances, please remember that your location and order size will ultimately affect the speed of delivery to you. Therefore, all deliveries may take up to 15 working days in case of delays. For non-fragile deliveries to rural areas, please allow up to 12 working days from the date of despatch.

Delivery Information

We require a street or residential address for all deliveries as we are unable to deliver orders to PO Boxes or Package Lockers. If there is difficulty accessing the ground floor, or you need to transport the product indoors and/or into the elevator, please let us know in advance before purchasing for approval and pricing. The carrier’s services and delivery of goods are strictly limited to the ground floor and/or front door, therefore, the service does not include:

● Moving products in or around elevators.

● Place the product in the room.

● Assemble the product.

● Remove packaging or wrapping.

Please note: After booking with a carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and instructions regarding the carrier. Courier charges include full insurance for products lost or damaged in transit.

 

Unattended addresses and delivery failures

If the delivery address is left unattended or you are unable to accept delivery, you will need to contact Arisaematis and authorize a “right to leave” on your order, giving at least 24 hours’ notice.
If the delivery attempt fails, cancellation and rebooking fees will be applied to the total shipping fee paid (the original shipping fee will be forfeited and credited as a rebooking fee).

Please note: leaving the authorization will void the liability of Arisaematis and the courier company for any loss, theft or damage to your product.

Cancellation fee

Requests to cancel a delivery or rebook must be given at least 24 working hours’ notice in order to avoid charges (excluding weekends, public holidays and must be made during working hours). If a cancellation is notified within 24 hour business hours or a delivery attempt fails, cancellation and rebooking fees will be charged to the total delivery fee paid (the original shipping fee will be forfeited and topped up as a rebooking fee).
