Delivery methods

Our shipping calculator will automatically calculate the optimal shipping cost based on product size, weight, and your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address details and are displayed before payment is made so there are no surprises.

Shipping charges charged at checkout only apply to a single delivery to the underlying service. Arisaematis may split an order into multiple deliveries by special written request, subject to additional shipping charges. If additional freight service is required (e.g. upstairs), you will need to pay for this service per delivery.

Arisaematis prides itself on fast shipping and subsequent delivery within 3-5 business days. Please see our shipping and delivery for more details.

Tracking information and order tracking numbers will be emailed directly to you once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

If you are unable to accept delivery or your delivery address is left unattended, you must contact the courier and give direct instructions: “You have the right to leave” the goods if they are unattended. Please note that this will void the liability of Arisaematis and the courier company for any loss, theft or damage to your product. If you do not specify “Leave Permission”, our courier will leave a card in your mailbox for collection at the local warehouse.

At Arisaematis we use third party courier services who operate and arrange deliveries themselves. Our friendly sales team will email confirmation of all your dispatch details and your delivery date will be arranged directly through our third party courier.

Product

A “Sold Out” or “Out of Stock” note means we no longer have inventory on hand and there is no current estimated arrival date. You can register your email address on the product page to receive notifications of stock restocks or to express your interest.

The estimated shipping date is the estimated date Arisaematis expects the shipment to arrive at our warehouse for unpacking (this is not an estimated receipt or delivery date). We will contact the customer who made the reservation within 2-5 business days of the date. Estimated shipping dates may change due to unforeseen delays in processing and logistics challenges. This is different from the customer delivery or pickup date.

Our electronic scales undergo strict quality control and testing to ensure their accuracy. If you have concerns about the accuracy of your electronic scale, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Our affordable prices are due to our “high turnover, low profit” business model. When you buy from other retail stores, you are unnecessarily paying fees to the wholesaler as well as their showroom operating costs. By eliminating the middleman, we can provide you with high-quality products at “straight from the manufacturer” prices.

We offer two main types of electronic scales including dial pointer scales and electronic digital display scales. These products are suitable for people with different needs, and you can choose suitable products according to your preferences.

Refunds and returns

Yes, all Arisaematis products come with a 12-month warranty, giving you peace of mind against defects in material or workmanship on all products.

If you don’t like it and your order complies with our 30-day return policy, please contact our customer service team to request a return.

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on orders that meet our terms and conditions. If the product is not what you wanted or you have changed your mind, simply return the product in its original packaging per our request within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

If your product arrives or shows signs of shipping damage or malfunction, please contact our customer service team and provide relevant photos so our customer service team can verify the situation.

Before processing a refund, our warehouse team will inspect the returned product to ensure it is in resalable condition. If our warehouse team finds that a returned product is not for resale, Arisaematis reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to refund only 50% or less of the product price paid by the customer at the time of purchase. Please see our refund policy for more details.

We process all refunds within 3 working days of the item being returned to our warehouse and inspected by our team. All refunds are processed via the same payment method used to first purchase the item. We will send you a notification once the refund has been processed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible before dispatch. Delivery fees and return or redirection fees are non-refundable and/or payable by you once your order has been shipped.
