If you’re unhappy with your purchase, change your mind, or for any other reason, don’t worry! Simply request the product to our customer service team and return it to our Arisaematis warehouse in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.

· Return policy

Arisaematis customers can request a return by contacting our customer service team via email within 30 days of receipt.
Returned products must become the property of Arisaematis within 30 days of receipt. All products must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories and parts, not assembled or partially assembled in any way, and in resalable condition. You are welcome to return the products to our warehouse yourself during business hours to save re-delivery costs. If you are unable to return the products to our warehouse yourself, we can arrange collection from your street or residential address at your expense.

· Exclusions

Exclusions from our 30-day money-back guarantee and refunds are specified under “Return Policy” in the product listing. We are unable to provide refunds and exchanges for the following purchases:
Please note that orders with a discount/promotional value of up to 20% and/or exceeding the 20% discounted value are not covered by the general 30 day return and exchange policy.
Specialty products that are not eligible for our 30-day return or exchange policy. Products are classified as specialty products as indicated in the product listing above the advertised price. These purchases cannot be returned or refunded and it is your responsibility to ensure that all online orders are 100% suitable before purchasing. Special offers may include items not shown on our website.
– Customized products are not eligible for our 30-day money back guarantee. These custom purchases cannot be returned or refunded as such products are specifically ordered from the supplier and made specifically for the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure that all custom orders are 100% suitable before purchasing.
– Clearance, display and/or sample products are non-refundable and cannot be returned as the range is discontinued and not in new condition, and/or replacements may not be available in the event of a problem. As such, these products are heavily discounted, fully assembled, and can only be inspected and/or picked up from our warehouse. If you have further questions about customs clearance, display and/or sample products, please send an email to [email protected] for consultation.
– Products not displayed or advertised on the Arisaematis website include products in different colors and sizes, as well as products in-store/showroom.
– Large orders will not be refunded due to excessive quantity.

· Suspended products

Products may be held for a maximum of four (4) weeks from the date of your hold order and deposit payment confirmation. If you need to extend your hold beyond four (4) weeks, your deposit will become non-refundable and your held product will no longer be subject to the return/exchange policy and other return/refund policies. Orders held for 1-3 months will be charged a 10% hold fee, orders held for 3-6 months will be charged a 20% hold fee. Please note that we are unable to hold orders for longer than six (6) months.

· Cancel your order

If you change your mind and decide not to proceed with the purchase, please let us know and we will take care of it for you. If your product has not shipped (excluding special items), we can cancel your order and provide you with a refund. If your order has been shipped from a warehouse, all shipping, delivery and insurance charges are non-refundable. Please note that any returns returned to sender and/or restocking fees payable by you are non-refundable.
For custom or special items, you may cancel your order only if the order has not been placed with the manufacturer. Once an order is placed with the manufacturer, it is non-refundable. Please see our 30-day refund exception for more details.

· Coupon (if any)

All coupons, as well as coupons used to cancel orders, are non-refundable.

 

· Product transportation damage caused by customer pickup

Please note that all items will be inspected before you collect them. It is always your responsibility to ensure safe pickup and delivery to and from the Arisaematis warehouse. Arisaematis is not responsible for any shipping damage that occurs when you pick up your order. Therefore, Arisaematis is not required to refund you the total cost of the product and/or replace damaged items for you.

 

· Defective products and significant differences

– If a product is defective or has major differences, Arisaematis will work with you to find a satisfactory solution in accordance with consumer law.
– Please notify Arisaematis immediately if a product is defective, significantly different from what was advertised or fails to achieve its purpose. Our customer service team will recommend that you take and send photos and/or videos of your issue to illustrate the problem.
– If you think your product has been damaged during shipping, you must report it to Arisaematis within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Our customer service team will recommend that you take and send photos and/or videos of your issue to illustrate the problem.
– To report a defective product, significant discrepancy, or shipping damage, please contact us at [email protected].
– Please note that all defective products must be returned to the Arisaematis warehouse in a safe order for inspection and evaluation. We require that defective products be adequately packaged, including all accessories and parts, and must not be assembled or partially assembled in any way to avoid additional damage during shipping.

· Return collection

When making a return it is always your responsibility to arrange some way (by asking for help from neighbours, friends etc.) to get the product to the ground floor and/or front door of the residence or building. You must ensure that the product is properly packaged in the original box and packaging to avoid damage during the return process. All costs associated with returns or pickups are your sole responsibility.
Upon return, the product will be inspected by our warehouse team. If a returned product is found to be non-resaleable, Arisaematis reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to refund only 50% or less of the product price paid by you at the time of purchase, or to charge a restocking fee. Return charges will be determined by the returns agent before the return begins.
